Deposit
Tour booking and hotel reservations: You are required to send a deposit of at least 30% of the total tour cost to secure your reservations of flights, accommodations, cruises right after we send you the final confirmation.

Balance
The outstanding balance needs to be paid before your arrival or upon your arrival at your convenience. In case you wish to pay on arrival, we will send our accountant or your travel consultant to meet you at your hotel. You can also come to our office.

Payment methods
Payment can be made by the following accepted methods: Cash (US dollars, AU dollars, Euros...), paypal, credit cards, wire transfer, telegraphic transfer, travelers cheques or combination. Our travel consultants will give you detailed information how to pay with each payment method.

Note: We are using Onepay payment gateway for credit cards. Once the you agree, we will send you a link which is our online invoice created on Onepay's secure system and then you can pay online which is convenient, stress-free and easy. You can read more about Onepay at http://onepay.com.vn/
