Reservations
Reservations must be made by e-mail from or to our head office in Hanoi. At indochinavalue, you will have a private travel consultant to help you plan the trip and support you with booking, payment, visa from start to finish.

For reservations of the tour package in Vietnam and Indochina, we need your full name on passport for booking the hotels, domestic flights, train, cruise or to arrange your Vietnam visa, and your arrival/departure flight number and airline for airpport transfers.

Note: We normally book internal and regional flights for our clients as they are cheaper. For international flights in/out Vietnam and Indochina. We advise our clients to book the fares themselves from their ends as the fares can be cheaper and more flexible for our clients to plan their holiday.

Confirmation
Upon receipt of your booking, our reservations team will confirm or reconfirm your booking as soon as possible by email. In case of unavailability of any requested service such as hotel/ flight/train, etc. We will confirm alternative ones which are at the same quality and price. (If you are not happy with the changes, we will make changes until you agree). Your booking is considered "confirmed" when we receive your acknowledgement.
